If you do not hear the sound on this page simply follow the suggestions below.
- Make sure your speakers are turned on and plugged into the proper socket on your computer.
- Check that the speaker power is turned on and the speaker volume knob is turned up.
- If you have headphones instead of speakers, put the headphones on.
- If you still have a problem, check the volume controls and mute switch on your computer.
To find the volume controls on Windows computers: hit "START", then All Programs / Accessories / Entertainment / Volume Control.
If your sound volume is too high or too low, adjust your speaker volume knob. If you still have a problem, check the volume controls on your computer.
